The International Drug Policy Consortium (IDPC), Corporación Humanas Colombia, Penal Reform International (PRI) welcome the opportunity to submit this paper to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health (the ‘Special Rapporteur’) concerning the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on certain aspects of the right to sexual and reproductive health of women deprived of liberty.
